If you've seen the latest episode (Enemy of My Enemy), the turtles and Karai decided to work together to rid of the dangerous alien Kraangs. But in their truce, Leo decided to take the opportunity to kill Shredder, thus backstabbing Karai's trust.
They lost an ally, a powerful one too. Leo made an awful decision, and now their relationship is shattered. Darn Leo, you've made a big mess now! *rant rant*
